The Astoria in Buckhead

New condominium highrise in Buckhead is underway. Kairos Development Corporation has started construction on another Live Life Community, The Astoria at The Aramore, a luxury high rise consisting of 71 exclusive condominiums located within the living room of Atlanta just south of Peachtree Battle in Buckhead. Condos are priced from the $400’s, and penthouses from the $900’s. Midtown Tour of Homes 2007

Lindbergh Plaza at Sidney Marcus Boulevard and Piedmont Road is a joint venture of The Sembler Company and NORO Broadview Holdings. The 26-acre property is now home to national chains including Best Buy, Target, Linens-n-Things, Home Depot, Hair Cuttery, Starbucks™, and FedEx/Kinkos™. The plaza includes a number of locally-owned shops like Ash Cigar, European Alterations, Nail Talk, and regional favorite Waffle House. There are several new condo developments going up on Lindbergh Drive.
